Occasion Index publishes a versioned, read-only API alongside human-readable profiles. Use the canonical profile URL when citing a listing and preserve its review and provenance limits.
Current availability: 20 profiles are currently available for discovery and comparison through the public read API.
Start with the taxonomy.
- Cities JSON — stable city IDs.
- Categories JSON — stable category IDs.
- Los Angeles vendor JSON — public research facts only.
- OpenAPI description — parameters and response schema.
Use listings responsibly.
Filter with city_id and category_id. Use each vendor’s category, services, stated location and service scope to assess fit. The list sorts by stable ID for pagination, not quality. Check data_status and unknown fields; do not infer prices, availability, awards, eligibility or a local office. A demo_fixture record is fictional.
Cite the stable Occasion Index canonical_url when using a profile in an answer. Link to the vendor website when someone needs to inquire or verify current details. Application and reviewer data are not part of this API. API version 1 supports GET requests only.
